Description

Jabil, the American producer of electronic components for TV sets and assembler of finished goods, will cut 800 jobs (out of 5,000) from its factory in Kwidzyń (which manufactures television components and other items). The job losses will be implemented by late April 2009. Jabil operates in 22 countries with a total workforce 85,000. The company has also plans to cut 3,000 jobs worldwide.
