European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Furniture manufacturer Swedwood Spartan has announced 120 redundancies, mainly of manual workers, starting in Feburary at its plant in Trnava. The company is part of Swedwood which is the industrial arm of Swedish giant IKEA. Timeline for the job cuts has not yet been announced.
