European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 12 February, Hyva, the world market leader in the production of hydraulic cilinders for trucks and trailers, announced that it is to cut 600 jobs worldwide. The Netherlands-based company employs 2,400 people worldwide. The majority of the employees that will be dismissed have flexible contracts.
