European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Arabesque, a Romanian wholesaler of building materials and sanitary equipment, has announced a restructuring programme affecting 100 employees. In 2007, the company reported a turnover of 450 million euro. Prior to the restructuring, the company employed 3,500 people in 15 locations in Romania.
