European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Panticosa Resort (Aguas de Panticosa) is to make redundant 205 workers at the resort and at the Las Margas Golf Hotel Sabinanigo, as a result of the Dossier of Employment Regulation (ERE) proposal, submitted by the property group Nozar. From these, 27 will be relocated into the same company with new working conditions (like part-time or fixed discontinuous contracts); therefore the provisional number of redundancies is 178. The workers are auxiliary personnel in the hotel and catering business.
