Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Ericsson AB, a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment, is to cut 5,000 jobs worldwide, of which about 1,000 in Sweden, primarily in Stockholm. The Swedish firm said in a statement that "Cost reductions will be achieved through reduction of the number of consultants and other temporary staff, consolidation of R&D sites and layoffs".
Ericsson AB is one of the world-leading providers of telecommunication and data communication systems. It has around 74,000 worldwide.
