European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Reebok, a subsidiary of Adidas and a producer of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories, is to close its Bolton site in Manchester with the loss of 160 jobs by the end of 2009. The company will enter a consultation period with the employees and hopes to assist a number of them in being redemployed within the Adidas Group.
