Description
Pharmaceutical supplier, Coloplast Denmark is to cut the number of employees by 100-150 at its factories in Thisted, Mordrup, Espergaerde and Humlebaek. Over recent years production has been transferred to Hungary and China, but the company is in a situation where more jobs have to be cut. The management and the employees' representatives are working in three groups with the aim to mitigate the results of the redundancies for the employees involved. The reasons for the jobs losses are due to the current economic crisis. This was announced 20-01-2009.
