European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Avista Media has announced that it is to create 140 new jobs for consultants with the launch of a new contact centre in Legnica by late 2009. Employment will commence in February. Avista Media belongs to the Telefonia Dialog telecoms company; it already has a contact centre in Wrocław, serving its own subscribers as well as those of Polkomtel (operator of the Plus GSM mobile network). Customers calling the contact centres will receive information, activate services, change their fee plans, file complaints, etc.
