Description

Huta CMC Zawiercie is to cut 300 jobs out of 2,000 at its steel mill in Zawiercieby the end of 2009. The facility is owned by the American Commercial Metals Company and it operates electric furnaces and rolling facilities. Most of the company's output consists of rods and similar elements used in construction.
