Description
Buckinghamshire County Council, a public sector body responsible for administration of state services in Buckinghamshire, is to cut 400 jobs. The job losses have been attributed to local councils’ needs to reduce spending to meet their budgets. It is not known how many jobs will remain at the council and, as of 18 January 2009, no announcement has been made as to when these jobs will be lost.
