European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bovis, a housebuilder, is to cut 200 jobs across the UK. The firm has been affected by the slowdown in the construction sector, and already reduced its workforce from 1,000 to 600. As of 11 January 2009, the company has not stated when or at which sites these jobs will be cut.
