European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ARDO Mochov, a subsidiary of the Belgian frozen vegetables and fruits, has announced 130 job losses due to the closure of its plant in Mochov (located near Prague) by the end of June 2009.
It was also reported that Belgian group took over ARDO Austria Frost on 1 December 2008 and the production from Mochov plant will be coordinated by a new company's management. There is no information whether the production from Mochov plant will be relocated to Austria.
