Description

Bakkavor, a food manufacturer, is to cut up to 400 jobs at its sites in Lincolnshire by April 2009. The company employs 2,000 people across three sites at Exotic Farm Produce in Kirton, Freshcook in Holbeach and Bakkavor Spalding in Spalding. The company has entered a 90 day consultation with its staff. The job losses are attributed to the need to restructure the business as a result of current economic conditions.
