European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts is to develop a 200-room four-star hotel in Katowice which will employ approximately 200 people by the end of 2010. Starwood Hotels & Resorts operates approximately 900 hotels in over 100 countries, employing 155,000 people; in Poland, it currently employs 1,000.
