Description

Stadco, a firm supplying car parts to Jaguar, BMW, Ford amongst others , is to cut 106 jobs at its Llanfyllin site in Wales. The cuts are blamed on the current economic downturn and the falling customer demand. The company committed not to proceed with any compulsory redundancies before March 2009 while there are ongoing consultations with staff and union officials.
