European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Henniges Automotive, a subsidiary of US automotive sealing systems producer, has declared insolvency resulting in 900 job losses at Příbor site by the end of 2008. Employees are now receiving only 60 percent of their monthly wages and stay at home.
