European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
J A Magson, a toy and stationery manufacturer, has gone into administration with the loss of 160 jobs in York.The company blamed reduced demand for toys because of the current economic conditions and poor weather over the summer for its move into administration. As of 7 December 2008, a date has not yet been set for final closure of the firm.
