European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
UK retailer Woolworths is to cut 450 jobs from its offices in London and Rochdale.The move comes after the company, which employs 25,000 people in the UK, went into administration in November 2008. As of 7 December 2008 it has not been announced when these job losses will occur.
