Description

Urban Real Estate, the promoter of logistics parks, storage and warehousing  facilties has announced that the group will invest tens of millions of euros to achieve its first platform in Amilly near Montargis (Loiret).

Urban Real Estate envisages the construction of three buildings for storage and warehousing of a total of 48,000 square meters. This project should be implemented in early 2010 with the creation of 150 jobs between January and March 2010.
