Indian software services company Wipro has commenced personnel negotiations concerning 150 employees in Finland. The reductions concern units in Rovaniemi, Kokkola, Seinäjoki and Pori. The main reasons for the reductions are the diminishing volume of orders from Finnish ICT companies and production costs, according to HR Manager of Wipro Finland, Risto Niva. The company employs a total of 450 employees in Finland.
