Description
Vin & Sprit is a Swedish manufacturer of alcoholic beverages founded as a state-owned company in 1917. One of their most famous brands is Absolut Vodka. In the summer of 2008, V&S was bought by the French beverage company Pernod Ricard and therefore, the V&S headquarter in Stockholm does not need any personnel with group management functions anymore. The 80 people who are given notice will not have to quit directly, but they will leave according to their employment agreements. Some will stay for as long as two years according to their agreements.
