European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hellermann Tyton, a German manufacturer of cable management products, has obtained permission to build a plant in Słupca (in the Łódź Special Economic Area). As a result of this business expansion, 200 new jobs are expected to be created by the end of 2009. The new plant will produce plastic products, cables, connecting elements, and assembly tools.
