European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cutisin, a manufacturer of collagen and plastic casings for the food industry, has announced the closure of its Kořenov site which will result in 100 job cuts from a total 130 by the end of May 2009. The reason is high energy and manufacturing costs. Cutisin is a subsidiary of UK-based company Devro.
