European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Olsztyńskie Fabryki Mebli, the producer of kitchen and bathroom furniture, announced its bankruptcy in August 2008. Consequently the 350 employees will lose their jobs. The company has debts of approximately PLN 40 million and is struggling on account of a sharp decline in orders.
