European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Troms Offshore, provider of supply vessels for offshore oil activities has announced the creation of 150 new jobs. At the Offshore Northern Seas conference, the company announced investment in 5 new supply vessels which will be mainly manned with crew from northern Norway. The managing director, Svein Hoel, told the newspaper Nordlys, that this means an employment growth of 150 in the coming years. The company, which operates in Norwegian and international waters has grown from 50 to 310 employees over the last 3 years.
