Description
Holcim Romania, the subsidiary company of Swiss group Holcim, manufacturer of cement, promoted a restructuring and modernising programme for the site in Campulung (Arges county, south region). This programme involved an investment of 120 million euros. As a result, the number of employees will decrease by 200, in three stages, until the end of 2010. Each employee will receive about 7,700 euros as redundancy payment and other complementary support measures.
