Description

Eson is to establish a subsidiary in Partizánske where it will create 300 new jobs for the manufacture of components, mainly metal frames and stands for LCD TVs, principally for Sony Slovakia. The company, a subsidiary of the Taiwan company Eson, will take over the former ZDA shoe factory where workers will work in two shifts. The company intends to invest about 56 million euro by the end of 2009 as well as planning a radical employment increase. The company will also base its European headquarters at the Partizánske site.
