Description
Car parts manufacturer AB Automotive has said that it is ceasing production at its Cardiff plant with the loss of 157 jobs by the end of 2008. The company announced that the factory was no longer viable as a result of more foreign competition, and that the financial results of the operation in Cardiff had deteriorated over the past two years. The companies directors announced that despite the many efforts of the management of the company it was unable to make production in Cardiff viable.
