European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
PPHU Jacek Sukiennik, a plastics processing company, plans to create approximately 150 new jobs with the development of a factory in Zgierz (in the Łódzka Special Economic Zone) for chemical recycling of plastic materials, mainly polystyrene. The company produces a wide range of items, mostly for the construction industry, as well as styrofoam packaging for electronics and household appliances.
