Description

Starorolský porcelán Moritz Zdekauer, a traditional porcelain producer, has announced the cut of 50 jobs from of 330 at its plant in Stará role (near Karlovy Vary) due to unfavourable CZK exchange rate, increase in price energy and cheap import from China. The company’s production has been reduced since the beginning of June. Workers have been working only 6 hours per day and received 60 % of their average wage for the remaining 2 non- worked hours.
