Description
Alcoa Fujikara Czech announced the cut of 850 jobs at their production facility in StÅ™Ãbro in July and August 2008. The job reduction is due to the unfavourable CZK exchange rate. It was reported that a part of the company’s production will be moved to Romania. Alcoa Fujikara Czech, currently employing 2,050 staff, manufactures wiring harness systems and it is a subsidiary of the world leader in the production of primary aluminium that serves aerospace, automotive, construction and other industries.
