Description
Arcelor Mittal, the world’s top steel manufacturer, has announced that it is to cut 1,560 jobs by the end of 2008 in order to increase efficiency. The company currently employs 10,411. In total, Arcelor Mittal employs 320.000 people in 60 countries across the world. The company has plants in Świętochłowice, Sosnowiec, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Zdzieszowice, and Kraków.
