European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
TVP, Polish Television, has announced the loss of 800 to 900 jobs. Redundancies will commence in early 2009 and affect reporters, TV producers, administrative personnel and other office staff based at the headquarters in Warsaw. As of June 2008, there is no information on when the job losses will be implemented by. TVP currently employs 4800 across Poland.
