Description
A business outsourcing company intends to create 100 new jobs within the next three years in the Donegal Gaeltacht (Irish speaking region). The company, Forward Emphasis International Ltd, already employs 200 people in the area. The new jobs will be created as part of its proposal to establish a second contact centre. The expansion is being grant assisted by development agencies.
Forward Emphasis International provides telephone solutions, direct mail and back office services to the banking and financial services sector, government and not-for-profit organisations in the UK.
