European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
BBDO Germany, an advertising agency, has announced that it is to create 400 jobs in 2008. As of April 2008, it is unknown where the new jobs will be created. The company currently employs over 4,900 in Germany. BBDO Germany stated that a sharp rise in sales would be the reason to employ new staff. The job creation is part of its expansion strategy which saw the creation of 600 new jobs in 2007 and 2006.
