European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Chrysler, the American automobile manufacturer, has announced the creation of 1000 new jobs by opening a technical support centre in Poland. As of April 2008, the exact location of the site remains unknown and there is no information on when the new jobs will be created by. Chrysler also plans to cut down employment in its American plants.
