European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Soudal Manufacturing, a Belgian manufacturer of chemicals for the construction and manufacturing industry such as foams, sealants and adhesives, has announced that it is to create 100 new jobs with the development of a new production and storage depot for chemical construction materials in Pionki by the end of 2008. The company's Polish subsidiary has been operational since 1996 in Cząstkow Mazowiecki near Warsaw. Soudal has trade offices in Gliwice, Poznan, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Torun, Olsztyn and Koszalin.
