European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dynamate, a geographically scattered Swedish company selling technical services related to ventilation, sanitation, estate management and electrical wiring planning to expand further in 2008 by hiring 350 new employees. The demand for competent labour in the production is high while supply remains low. The three main reasons given for the expansion in labour force are: high employee turnover (100 employees/year), expansion in tasks taken on by the company and company expansion through new acquisitions.
