Filati, a textile manufacturer, has announced that it is to create approxiamtely 200 new jobs (up to 400) by enlarging its existing production facility at ZduÅ„ska Wola (in the Åódzka Special Economic Zone). This business expansion will involve the opening of a new production line for sportswear and a R&D unit for new textile technologies. As of February 2008, there is no information as to when employment at the site will commence, when the new jobs will be created by and the current number employed at the site.
