Description

L'Oréal, a multi-national group that operates in the manufacture of perfumes, cosmetics and toilet preparations, has announced that the group is to construct a new Headquartered in Clichy that will create 2,000 new jobs between July 2008 and December 2009. L'Oréal is a France-based cosmetics company that has operations worldwide. It markets 19 global cosmetics brands under four different product ranges.
