Description

Financial Services Data Management, a firm offering financial advice to people in debt, has announced the creation of 200 new jobs at a call centre in Swansea. The firm, currently employs just over 100 staff, and has announced that recruitment for the 200 new posts was starting immediately.

The firm said that this business expansion is due to rising levels of debt in the UK and the global credit crisis. During the last quarter of 2007 staff spoke to 10,000 people a week and advised 8,000 people on options available to them. It is expected that these figures will triple over the next 12 months.
