European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bauer, a publishing house, has announced that it is to create 150 new jobs with the expansion of its printing facility in Ciechanów (in the Warmińsko-Mazurska Special Economic Zone). It is expected that the operation will boost production capacity by 65%. Following this restructuring, Bauer’s Ciechanów printing press will employ over 460. The construction work enlarging the facility is scheduled for completion in late June 2008.
