European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hoerbiger, the German automotive company, has announced that it is to 100 new jobs with the development of a new production facility in Bolesławiec (in the Wałbrzyska Special Economic Zone). The new plant will produce automated components for cars, such as motors which open and close the soft-top roofs of convertibles. The construction of the new plant is due to start in 2008.
