European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Baxter Polska, a producer of medical supplies, has announced that it is to close its site in Chociw with the loss of 153 jobs. The Chociw plant produces intravenous fluids, and the firm has stated that the production at the site will be transferred to its facility in Lublin. As of November 2007, there is no information on when the job losses will be implemented.
