Description
Prokom Software, a firm that operates in the information technology sector, has announced that it is to cut 200 jobs at its site in Warsaw at which 1,232 are employed. The job losses are attributable to the firm’s future merger with Asseco Poland, which is scheduled for March 2008. Prokom Software hopes to achieve a saving of 80 million PLN through the merger. As of November 2007, there is no information on when the job losses will be implemented by.
