Description

Cogesal-Mikos, the ice cream producer and subsidiary of the consumer goods multi-national Unilever, has announced that it is to close its site in Saint-Dizier with the loss of 490 jobs. The closure of the site will be implemented between January and December 2008. According to preliminary reports, 236 of the affected employees will be offered jobs in other areas of the group.
