European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
General Electric’s Engineering Design Centre based in Warsaw will create 200 new jobs for engineers by the end of 2008. The Centre currently employs 650. In October 2007, the company announced the creation of 500 new jobs at the Warsaw centre. General Electric is a multinational American technology and services conglomerate.
