Description
Bekaert, a Belgian firm that produces wires and cords, is to create 100 new jobs at its site in Hlohovec. The firm employs 1100 at the Hlohovec site, and has operated at Hlohovec since 2003 when it acquired the Slovak firm Drótovne. It is expected that the new jobs will be created by the end of 2007. Bekaert also operate a second Slovakian plant at SládkoviÄovo.
