European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Toys R Us, the children’s toy retailer, is to create 100 new jobs in Northern Ireland with the opening of a new outlet in Lisburn. The store, which will be based at the Sprucefield shopping centre in Lisburn, will open on 6th August 2007 and will cover an area of 30,000 square feet. Toys R Us said the opening of its third store in Northern Ireland reflected its confidence in the country. Toys R Us opened its first store in Northern Ireland in Belfast 10 years ago and opened another in Londonderry in 2006.
